Have you experienced results?

Yes, we have. We always remember that being healthy is a journey that involves setting goals. What we did worked for us because we stayed committed and motivated, even when it was the hard.

I feel being healthy is time consuming WITH regards to prep, management, AND exercise. Is there a simpler way?

Honestly, living a healthy life is all about dedication and commitment. If being healthy is taken as a priority, time can definitely be allocated towards it. The truth is that there are also tactics that can be used to integrate health into other daily activities that take our time. For example, we have heard of people who bike to the grocery store when they shop as a workout. In addition, if being healthy is a priority, we believe that most individuals would do their best to make it work. If someone’s entire day is filled with activities, would the person be willing to wake up very early in the mornings?

Being healthy is very possible if it’s a priority.

IS IT too late to be healthy?

It’s never too late to be healthy !!! Healthy living is possible regardless of one’s age. However, it’s always better If people adopt healthy lifestyles when they are much younger. Starting young actually lessens the strain that age puts on the body as we grow older. In most cases, older individuals who are extremely fit started when they were much younger. They adopted healthy lifestyles and aged very well as a result.

How can I keep myself accountable?

People that have issues with accountability often benefit greatly from having a partner that is willing to push them though they are reluctant. This partner may be a spouse or a personal trainer that is there to guide them when they slip up. Setting reminders is a good way to handle forgetfulness, which is a prevalent accountability issue. I believe that accountability comes down to mental clarity and self awareness. Living healthily is similar to being in a relationship. In order to make a relationship work, both partners have to be aware of their actions and keep themselves accountable.
